For Coaches & Artists - Mentoring and Supervision

Coach Mentoring & Supervision

I work with newly qualified coaches and coaches in training, to support and deepen your learning, reflexivity and skills. You may want to explore aspects of theory, practice tools and techniques, reflect on who you are becoming as a coach. You may want help with reflective essay writing, understanding the role of supervision and being the supervisee. You may be setting up your coaching practice and want to think through what this requires and what this means for you, clarifying your niche, your ideal client, your fees and the practicalities of setting up a business.

I am a member of faculty with Psychosynthesis Coaching Ltd facilitating various courses. In addition, I am part of the coaching panel who works as an assigned coach with students of the PG Cert in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching. I am a Study Tutor with the Psychosynthesis Trust

I am an alumni coach with Henley Business School working with MBA students.

I provide coaching and mentoring to postgraduate students of other disciplines.

Contact me to discuss your needs and how I could help.

For Artists and Creatives

I’m not here to teach you how to draw, paint, sculpt or write. I’m here to provide a space to connect to your intuition, inspiration and intention.

We can use various tools and techniques such as shamanic journeying, mindful writing, expressive art.

Maybe you simply need a sounding board, time and space to connect to your creative impulse.

If you are in travelling distance of Eastbourne you may wish to book an in-person session with me in my studio. Or hire my studio space for personal use, especially if you are tight on space at home.

Creativity is a life force and I believe that we are all inherently creative. I have also learned from personal experience of becoming an artist and a writer that this path is plagued with the shadow side of self-doubt, the voice of the inner-critic, imposter thinking, procrastination and prevarication.

Earning money as a creative has practical considerations too such as marketing, website creation, social media etc.

Understanding your own creative process takes time, finding your own style and niche.

“Lynn’s support, knowledge and questioning, she really hits the nail on the head and is awesome at pointing out repeating themes and challenges enabling me to see and choose to do things differently, summing up where I’m winning, she brings things with clarity into my awareness. She is very accurate, very astute. Lynn is also excellent at holding a safe space for all this to happen in. She has very trustworthy hand, a big heart and a keen mind.”
